Challenge:
Novo Body Fitness wanted a way to welcome new clients in a special and memorable way.
Solution:
We developed a welcome kit consisting of custom-branded items including a blender bottle, notepad and pen, stress reliever and a cooling towel. These were packaged neatly together in a reusable drawstring tote bag imprinted with their logo.
Results:
• Clients feel appreciated and valued at the fitness studio
• Items are eye-catching and useful with high-retention value
• Word spreads in the community and Novo Body Fitness membership sales continue to increase
